WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
When you tattoo at our events,Ā you need to recreate the same clean, professional setup you use in your shop just in the bar.
This means:
Sterile & SafeĀ ā Your station should be as hygienic as your shop. UseĀ barrier protection, wearĀ gloves, and followĀ proper tattoo sanitation protocols.
Fully EquippedĀ ā Bring everything you need as if you were tattooing in your own studio. That means yourĀ machine, ink, needles, power supply, and skin prep supplies.
Comfortable SetupĀ ā The bar provides tables and chairs, but if you need anĀ armrest, extra lighting, or a portable workstation, bring it to make yourself comfortable.
Professional Client ExperienceĀ ā Even though itās a bar setting, clients should feel like theyāre in aĀ safe, professional environment just with a fun, social vibe.
Think of it as your shop on-the-go same standards, same quality, just a new crowd.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Give at Least 72 Hours' NoticeĀ ā If you let us knowĀ 3 days before the event, we can reschedule you for a future eventĀ without penalty.
Less Than 72 Hours Notice?
- If you cancelĀ last-minute, yourĀ $150 fee is non-refundableĀ (since weāve already secured your spot).
- However, we may be able to applyĀ part of your fee to a future eventĀ if you give a valid reason.
No-Show Policy
- If youĀ donāt show up without notice, you wonāt be eligible for future bookings.
- The bar still takes theirĀ $50 hosting fee, so skipping hurts the event and your reputation.
Emergency Situations?
We get it life happens. If thereās an emergency, let us knowĀ ASAP, and weāll work with you to find a fair solution.
HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO I BOOK?
Minimum Booking Time: 1 Week in Advance
ArtistsĀ must book at least 7 days before the eventĀ to ensure everything is properly prepared.
